In recent months, a lot of time has been invested in updating the catalogue. Some images have been replaced and new ones added that better illustrate the many possibilities. The catalog gives a modest impression of what RS Technics already produces in terms of temperature sensors, the proverbial tip of the iceberg. We were able to produce these beautiful special PT-100 sensors for one of our customers. The sensors with a ½” BSP thread are supplied in a double PT-100 (3-wire) version. The sensors are also equipped with extra long PTFE connection cables with a length of 10 meters. Airflow sensors for high temperature use.

For one of our clients in the brick and roof tile industry, RS Technics produced these high temperature air sensors/sensors. The sensors have, among other things, an interchangeable measuring insert, making them easy to maintain and/or exchange. At the request of the client, these sensors are extra robust, but due to their construction and composition they nevertheless respond very quickly to temperature fluctuations. Temperature sensors Eneco power station

In the energy plant "Eneco Golden Raand" biomass is processed into green electricity. This is often accompanied by very high temperatures. To be able to measure and regulate, RS Technics produces temperature sensors that can register up to 1100°C. They are run with a dual metering system to provide backup. Equipped with heavy flanges and interchangeable measuring inserts, we ensure durable and reliable temperature measurements.

RS Technics sustainability and safety

RS Technics has sustainability, and therefore safety, high on the calendar for its customers and employees. This has already resulted this year in a new welding fume and solder fume extraction for the sensor makers and a new ESD floor for the electronics. And because we were busy anyway, we immediately replaced the name shield.

Design for manufacturing: Envi.Base

Energy data is the connecting element in the energy transition! Our partner Envitron knows this better than anyone and has developed the Envi.Base, a gateway that can be linked to various meters and devices. The device maps the consumption of multiple energy flows. The PCB of the Envi.Base is optimized by us for production and we also have one ourselves to monitor the yield of our solar panels. Last month, 89% of our total energy consumption was generated from solar energy.
